Well apparently I found a new customer for you!
The company (Motorcycles.com) where I bought the bike, and where you are picking up from, called to thank me. 
They have another bike coming up (they were loading the bikes up a short while ago) on the same load, but you likely know that.
She said she was very pleased with the service and contact with TFX, and how you handled everything from the notice of pick-up from both the driver and the head office call she received last week, to all the border crossing requirements that you take care of. 
I’m sure you will be receiving more business from them in the future!

Just an update.
Pfaff Tuning will include the Deep Midnight Blue Porsche Boxster S within the same transport vehicle as the other Pfaff Tuning vehicles. 
Brandi, I just want to reiterate that I was very happy with the TFX team. I have a deeper understanding and appreciation of the care and quality of your work having arranged the transport of this vehicle. AC, one of the Garage Living managing partners, is acquainted with the owner of TFX and recommended that we use TFX. I will make TFX our strategic transport partner for all Garage Living initiatives.

I have successfully registered the MDX today.  
I appreciate the knowledge and patience of all the team to answer my questions again and again, and deliver my car so seamlessly.
Raymond, the driver who delivered the car to my house yesterday, was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient as well.  He gave me a lot of advice which is highly appreciated, but I don’t have his email address to tell him this feedback.

Car arrived safe and sound. You guys did a great job. Will tell all the car guys I know about the great job you did. Can’t understand why I didn’t get a discount for my name. LOL

I thought I would take some time and write you an email on how impressed I was with your company and your customer service. When I searched the web for transport companies yours was the first on the search bar, and as I browsed your site you made it easy to navigate, everything was clearly laid out and answered any questions that I may have had before placing the initial phone call. Your website is a direct reflection on your company.

Your employees/personnel all deserve a job well done; when I placed the initial phone call Adam was very knowledgeable, and polite. He was very prompt in sending me out the required documents to necessitate the transport and was very accurate for the shipping amount. The professionalism continues on from Adam, Jolanta, Darlene, Brandi and your Delivery Driver – all those who I was in contact with made this experience so smooth. As an individual who is a first time user of your company, I cannot say how happy I am with the service that you and your staff have provided for me. 

You’ve had all my neighbours coming out of their houses when your 52 ft. Tractor Trailer unit pulled up to my house to deliver my ’69 Camaro.  The presentation of your equipment is also a reflection of your company, and all I can say is WOW you had the neighbours talking for weeks.
