I’m very pleased to report that the vehicle arrived this morning and, due to the brilliant TFX crew and museum staff, the Gray Ghost is safely unloaded and stored for the next steps in our museum assessment process.I woke up in the middle of the night worried about the wire payment, so was greatly relieved to find out this morning the transaction went through overnight.
Carl and his wife were aces with the delivery – personable, professional and showed great interest and care with the vehicles in the trailer, including ours.
Border hiccups always happen but overall I am very pleased with the process and our ability to work together to discuss and expedite things along the way.Your interest, flexibility and personal attention are greatly appreciated.It’s hard to imagine such a funky, rough, grubby little car is of so much interest and value, but it is a fascinating piece of the Bricklin story and we are pleased to have it.

I just wanted to say a special thank you to yourself and the crew for delivering my truck in perfect condition. It looks better now than when I dropped it off to Wally. You guys are first class and I fully trust your organization fully. Can you pass this email on to Wally and Adam and again thank you for handling everything and making it so easy for myself. Wally I thank you for your welcome into your home in Scottsdale and for looking after the truck for the 2 months until arriving in Toronto. Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for the great customer service. Ray dropped off my bike last night not far off estimated schedule considering there was a rig on fire that shut down the highway for an hour and a half yesterday. Ray had a long day getting here from Edmonton and despite not arriving until late, he was very upbeat and courteous. I appreciate this very much. If I come across anyone wanting a vehicle transported, I will most certainly give them your company name.

I just want to thank you for the prompt confirmation responses – you have no idea what a big difference that makes on our end.  We deal with so many people who don’t respond consistently and it often leaves us wondering if e-mails got through or not.  Juliana typically takes care of the special moves, but with her on vacation Terry and I are scrambling a bit trying to keep up.
